Marion County court docket and case-record questions belong with the court or clerk that keeps the original record. This private reference resource can point to the public routes, but it cannot access a live court file, alter a date, or issue a certified copy. Marion County uses separate District 1 and District 2 circuit clerk offices, so the case caption, township, division, and court notice help identify the correct counter.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. This is a privately operated reference resource, not the Marion County Circuit Court or a city court. It cannot retrieve a docket, change a setting, remove or seal a case, provide certified copies, or offer legal advice. Direct those requests to the court or clerk that holds the official record.
